Contract and Payment Terms

Before you contract with us please ensure you have read our policies, understand and agree with them before placing the deposit.

  • Requested dates and times will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.
  • If you decide on a date and time that is available but do not place the deposit it may not be available later if someone else requested and paid the deposit.
  • The deposit is equal to 50% of the package cost.
  • Cancellations before 120 days of the wedding ceremony are entitled to refund less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Full payment for ceremony is due 60 days prior to ceremony date.
  • Non-payment by the due date forfeits your deposit and cancels your contract.
  • Rescheduling of wedding ceremony time and date are allowed at any time at no extra cost but subject to availability. There are no additional refunds or credits for cancellation.
  • It is your responsibility to reschedule with other vendors you contracted with and abide with their terms and conditions.
